CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD
SIGN IN with the link at the top of the right hand page. Go to MY SETTINGS tab, scroll down to the heading PASSWORD CHANGE. Step 1, type in your old password. Step 2, type in your new password. Step 3, type in your new password again. Click the SUBMIT button.

We advise all buyers & sellers to use the messaging system built into the Oneweardesigns.com website, you should not exchange other details as our team can not assist you in disputes if you have chosen to contact each other by other means.
How do I leave Feedback?
To leave feedback for either a seller or buyer a transaction first has to take place between you and said person. Once the transaction has taken place a confirmation email will be sent to both your personal email and to your onewear accounts email. It is in the email that is sent to your oneweardesigns account that your opportunity to leave feedback is provided. On the right hand side of the confirmation email there will be a pink button that reads ‘submit feedback’. This will then open a small feedback box in the middle of your screen in which you can submit the appropriate feedback by utilizing the thumbs up, thumbs down options and including a brief summary of your experience.
How do I view feedback?
As a buyer to view a stores feedback go to the stores profile page on the left hand side there is a link titled ‘feedback’ click on this and it will take you straight to the stores feedback page. Alternatively stores can view their feedback in the ‘my favorites’ section located in their profile.
Can I delete or edit feedback?
Feedback is a useful tool used by the website to reassure customers who may be a bit wary about shopping online as you often wont now who the person is you’re buying from. By encouraging the use of feedback as Oneweardesigns are drawing attention to those stores who provide a reliable service whilst also building good faith for a store where previously none existed. For this reason feedback cannot be changed or deleted as this would present an untrue image of a store. In saying this Oneweardesigns maintains the right to remove any feedback which is inappropriate or demeaning in anyway and if you feel another user has left inappropriate feedback please email your store name and comment information to email@example.com.

Getting started on Oneweardesigns.com is easy, you can register as a seller or a buyer or just simply to receive email updates on our hottest looks, trends, promotion giveaways and much much more.
HOW DO I GET A BANNER LIKE OTHER USERS
The stores on Oneweardesigns that have a top banner have set up their shop as a STORE, you may have originally set up your store as a ONE OFF or COLLECTION, which is why you can not create a banner. You can easily upgrade to a STORE when you sign in just go to PERSONAL SETTINGS tab and upgrade here. If you are already a STORE just sign in and click on the MY STORE tab, here you can upload a banner – we have a few you can choose from or you just create your own and upload it here.
HOW TO USE A BANNER ALREADY CREATED – Once signed in you can click the CHANGE IMAGE button on the banner area, a light box/pop up will appear. Here you can select from three options: Option 1, Choose file button and upload a pre saved banner then once uploaded click the SUBMIT button. Option 2, Tick the box, I don’t want a banner and click SUBMIT. Option 3, Select from one of our preloaded banners, once you find the one you love click on it to download and save the banner to your computer. Then follow Option 1 and upload your new banner.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE/BUY SOMETHING
Purchasing on Oneweardesigns has been created to make your purchase as easy as possible, firstly you will need to be logged in - once you have found an item you loved and have clicked the BUY IT button -two things can happen:
You will be asked to sign in – the reason this happened is because you need to be signed in to make a purchase, this is for the safety of users and sellers. Once you sign in we will remember what item you wanted to purchase and this will be in you shopping cart, please follow step 2 from here on.
Your item will be added to your cart and you will be taken to the checkout page. You will select your payment & shipping method here, which is what the seller has made available for buyers. If you choose to pay by paypal you will be taken to the paypal website and asked to complete the transaction here-we recommend using this method of payment. If you choose direct debit your seller will email you their details for payment. If you choose to pick up from the buyer the buyer will send you their information through the Oneweardesigns messaging system. From here your item will be shipped to you as per the shipping option you selected. Some Sellers will keep you updated on this and advise you they have sent your item. Once you receive your item be sure to leave feedback about your experience for the seller.
HOW DO I OPEN A BOUTIQUE
Click the Register Button at the top of the page, please complete all stages as per the help topice "how do I register". If you want the look and to be recognized on the site as a boutique, please select the Store Set up. There is an example of this located on the Sell Page Tab.
HOW DO I UPLOAD AN ITEM TO SELL
Once you have registered on the site and logged into your account you can now upload items to sell in your store. To upload items on the site simply follow these easy steps:
Step 1, Click on the My Store tab in your personal settings. Step 2, Click on the Upload a new item box. Step 3, Upload your pre-prepared portrait images and fill out the required fields which include title name, description, price, type, style, size, measurements, fabric, condition, designer name & color. Please note not all fields are mandatory but we recommend adding as much information as possible to assist buyers. Step 4, Enhance your add box, tick this option if you would like your item to appear on the home page of Oneweardesigns.com. Once payment has been made ($22) your images will be checked and approved by Oneweardesigns.com team and then uploaded within 24 hours. The homepage is viewed by 95% of traffic and recent images rotate every 10 seconds. Step 5, Tick the terms & conditions box. Step 6, Click the upload button.
You can also view the item you have just uploaded now in your store, you can also edit anything you want to change.

HOW TO SEARCH FOR AN ITEM OF CLOTHING
The most accurate way to search for an item at Oneweardesigns.com is to use the “Filter by” bar. For example-If you click on the first option being Type you can tick the choices that you are interested in and press filter to begin your search, you can then make your selection more sorted by using the other options available like the Style tab or Size tab.

HOW TO SHARE AN ITEM ON MY FACEBOOK
Sharing items through facebook and other social media have proven to be a great way to make sales. To share your items with friends or potential buyers simply VIEW the item you want to share, then on this page you will see a SHARE+ button simply click on this and select your type of share option-example Facebook or Twitter.

At Oneweardesigns.com, each individual is responsible for processing & shipping the orders. If you bought something on Oneweardesigns.com and have not received the order yet you should firstly contact the Seller through the messaging email system on the website. Please allow 7 days for the seller to contact you with a resolution-they need a little time to track couriers and postal companies.
If the matter is unresolved please lodge a case via firstname.lastname@example.org where our team will review the case and contact both buyer & seller with updates on the case, or in some instances request further information. It is in the sellers best interest to work together with the buyer to resolve cases. This will avoid their store being closed and further action taken against them. Please note if you paid via PayPal you will need to contact PayPal customer support to enquire about a claim for a refund. At current 7 October 2011 you must open a claim within 45 days of the payment processing date.
I FORGOT MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD
I FORGOT MY USERNAME - Click the SIGN IN link at the top of the right hand page. Click on the forgot your username? link. Once clicked you will be taken to the FORGOTTON USERNAME page, please enter your email address and click the SUBMIT button (please use the same email address as when you registered). An email will be automatically sent to you with your username. If you do not receive this within an hour please email email@example.com.

I REGISTERED AS A BUYER BUT WANT TO BE A SELLER
Sign in at the top right hand page. Click your My Settings tab, scroll down to account details click on “Update account to seller”. You will then be taken to a screen called REGISTER now, here you will need to update some information from when you registered as a buyer. Step 1, Please select what type of store you want to create One-Offs/Collection/Store. Step 2, Create a Store name. Step 3, Create a Store URL. Step 4, Select the methods of payment you wish to offer your buyers. Step 5, Select the types of shipping you wish to offer your buyers. Step 6, Click the Register button at the bottom of the page.
All done you have now upgraded to a Seller.
You will notice you have landed on the Buy Credits page, you will need to purchase store credits now to be able to upload your images for sale. You can also see you have a new tab called My Store here you can have loads of fun, save stores to your favourites/build on your profile and even create a store banner and bio.

Click the REGISTER link at the top of the right hand page, Step 1, Select the option I am a buyer. Step 2, Create a username that you will use every time you log into Oneweardesigns.com. Step 3, Complete you personal information and create a password (this information is kept highly confidential to Oneweardesigns Pty Ltd). Step 4, Click the REGISTER button. You will now be taken to YOUR PROFILE tab and will notice the top of the page has changed & you are now logged in. Your username and password will also be emailed to your personal email address that you set entered in Step 3.
Now to the exciting part start SHOPPING & building your profile
TO REGISTER AS A SELLER
Click the REGISTER link at the top of the right hand page. Step 1, Select the option I am a seller. Step 2, Create a username that you will use every time you log into Oneweardesigns.com. Step 3, Select what type of user set up you prefer from ONE OFFS to COLLECTION to STORE (use the what am I link here to help you with selecting your set up). Step 4, Create a store name (which will be displayed on your store appearance for everyone to see). Step 5, Create a store URL name (this will be your personal web address which you can promote to the world and other buyers will be sent directly to your store). Step 6, Select your chosen payment methods as listed (this will be what options you allow buyers to use). Step 7, Select your chosen shipping methods as listed and enter your price (this will be what options you allow your buyers to select when purchasing from you). Step 8, Complete you personal information section and create a password (this information is kept highly confidential to Oneweardesigns Pty Ltd). Step 9, Click the REGISTER button. Step 10, You will now be taken to the buy credits section of the website so you can start uploading images to your store. You will notice the top of the page has changed & you are now logged in. Your username and password will be emailed to your personal email address that you set entered in Step 8.

Please sign in at the top right hand page. Go to you’re my SETTINGS tab, scroll down till you reach the EMAIL CHANGE section. Step 1, type in your old password. Step 2, type in your password. Step 3, Type in your new email address. Step 4, Click on the SUBMIT button.
